2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

  • Your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
  • Your signature

We will forward this to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken within 14 days, we may restore the content.


3. Repeat Infringers

Ubacy.com reserves the right to ban users or remove accounts found repeatedly violating copyright rules.
